The MINI-EOC (Electron Optical Culumn) is available for surface analysis and measurements as an electron beam source of a low acceleration SEM. We have been fabricated the special types of MINI-EOC as below.

MINI-GUN

MINI-GUN	Secondary electron image image Sample：star sand without corting

MINI-GUN was installed in the analyzer of the atomic stereo-microscope. The total length of MINI-GUN is 46 mm, the outside diameter is φ 12 mm. The configuration is as follows.
The secondary electron image of star sand (Right image) was observed in our test chamber. When the accelerating voltage was 1.5 kV and WD = 70 mm, the probe diameter was less than 12 μm and the probe current was 3 nA.
* A power supply is necessary to operate MINI-EOC.
* We also sell SED (Secondary Electron Detectors) for detection as a SEM.
